Payment
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. I accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to order and no credit card details are stored. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact me for further details. Orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of full, cleared payment.
Delivery Times
The product description will clearly state if the hair accessory is made to order or a ready to ship piece. Ready to ship accessories will be dispatched within 24 hours following receipt of payment.
The lead times for made to order pieces will vary depending on the intricacy of the work involved, lead times average between 3-6 weeks. Details of an approximate lead time and delivery will be confirmed upon receipt of your order but if you have any questions regarding lead time and delivery please do not hesitate to contact me.
I will always do my very best to accommodate an urgent rush order. However, during the busy summer months, a rush order may incur a small fee. If you are in any way concerned about receiving an item in time, you are advised to contact me before placing an order.
Shipping
In the U.K. all items are posted using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for which a signature is required.
Orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge
Under £99 a flat rate of £6.00 will be charged
International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International using a trackable service. Delivery times can vary between 2-4 weeks so please bear this in mind when placing an order.
Worldwide delivery is free for orders over £150
Under £150 a flat rate of £15 will be charged
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
Great care is taken to ensure that all items listed are described and photographed as accurately as possible to show the intricate details and colours of each piece. Please note that the appearance of colours may vary between computer screens. Please ensure you read the product description carefully, noting any dimensions and colours before placing your order.
I really hope you love your chosen hair accessory however, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, returns can be made if the items are unworn, undamaged and have been purchased from the website without any custom changes being made to them.
Returns and exchanges are not offered on custom or bespoke orders once the design, production and despatch have been made. I will however make any alterations that are necessary to ensure you are completely happy with your piece
Returns are accepted 7 days after you have received them and if returned in the original packaging. Refunds cannot be given if the item is returned after seven days of receipt. this does not affect your Statutory Rights.
When returning items, please ensure that you retain proof of posting and you are advised to choose a trackable postage method which offers you compensation to cover the value of the item. Love2Sparkle cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods.
